Better late than never!  Man, between my job and my “running” club and my personal life (wait, what personal life? Oh you mean editing and writing for and redesigning a website?), sometimes I feel like I’m on the back of a bucking bronco….  Which brings me to this week’s cowgirl wisdom: “It’s all very simple, keep your mind in the middle while your butt spins round and round.”

Cinnamon made Salty Running, takes lots of pictures and drinks lots of coffee. She has 8 more minutes to knock off her marathon for a 3:40 BQ, and will get there or die trying. Her writing is an eclectic mix of finding wholeness as an average runner, news reporting, curious reactions, satirical humor and more.
