Sassafras’s Training Log – 11.18.12

Well, hello there Salties! I neglected to post a training log last week since there wasn’t much going on – just a big, post-race dose of The Lazy. It was sooo nice and much-needed! As you can see below, I’ve been easing back into the swing of things. I’m in no particular rush to amp up the mileage, so I’m just listening to my body and taking it easy. ย Although, I am actually running not one but two Turkey Trots this coming week – but that’s a story for another day!
