Salty’s Training Log: 4.22.12

Not much to say that I haven’t said already. Feeling like poo and so tired. Hard to run when I’m sleeping so many hours in the day. I am too tired to snap photos. Ok. I’m too vain to snap photos of myself looking like death. Ha!

Anyway, for anyone else in their 8th week of pregnancy this one’s for you!

Monday: zip

Tuesday: 6 with track. 1 mile easy, 1 mile in 7:20, drills and strides. Then I ran 4 x 800 @ 3:26 and then 1 400 at 1:42 and then 1 more 800 pacing a friend at 3:33. Friend puked! I was a proud pacer!

Wednesday: 4 easy pushing the stroller. No watch. Found a sweet construction site on our route. Kids were thrilled!

Thursday: puke day.

Friday: 4 easy pushing the stroller with my friend B and her daughter. Kids had a blast and I survived.

Saturday: zilch.

Sunday: 0

Total: 14 Woo.
