Rosemary’s training log 11-18-12

Ran 62 miles with a day off and every run was with friends! Maybe winter running won’t be so bad this year.

Post Gameday 5k and 5k road PRs!


Monday- 9 miles at Monday Night Run.

Tuesday- Off

Wednesday- Met Paige for 10+ miles.

Thursday- Morning 8 miles with Seth

Friday- Afternoon/DAYLIGHT run with Paige for 9 miles

Saturday-10 miles with a race at Westerville Game Day 5k including a 5k road PR in 18:13. Totally unexpected but I’ve been assured and reassured that the course was spot on. I even ran inside the cones while a few of the runners cut them off, so I’ll take it!

KICK! In response to Paige yelling “you have another gear!”

Sunday- Easy 15 turned into 16 with a big, easygoing group on a new route. Followed by brunch!

Winter running goal: more post run brunches.

I'm a pediatric physical therapist by day. Running mostly early am miles as I balance life as the mom of a toddler. With PR days in the past, my primary running goal is to be a lifelong runner. With 20+ years behind me, I still love the sport and I am truly grateful for every day I get to run.
