Another Recovery week! More volunteering and cheering!
Coaches orders were easy miles, total mileage was up to me.
Tuesday – 7 miles easy
Wednesday – 3 miles easy
Thursday – trails! 6.5 easy
Friday- Am ART session. 7 easy lunch miles. Evening 1600 meter swim.
Saturday – 1 easy mile while cheering at a 24 hour event.
Sunday – 30 minutes easy on trails.
Body is a bit “out of whack,” hoping that starts to turn around sooner than later!
