Slowly climbing my way up from rock bottom. Two runs, count them, two this week! And one seriously heavy CX day. Scale is headed in the right direction with a week of good vegan-ish eating! Other than that sadly just a lot of house work and work work on top of any sort of silly left leg exercise I could think of to try and trick my left leg muscles into pulling their own weight (taking the stairs two at a time with my left leg, standing on my left leg, firing my left glute while being otherwise lazy)
Monday- Girls night out at the local Bicycle Shop inspired me to get out and run for 30 minutes with my old speedy training partner after.
Thursday-30 minutes easy solo
Sunday-Two CX races. Decided to try the A race after the C race to practice turning skills (this course had a TON of tight turns) and see how the big girls race. Got my ass handed to me and lots of bruises and scratches to show for it but instead of 30 minutes I ended up with 70+ minutes of all out effort for the day. It can only make me stronger, right?
