Do you know what I mean when I say that life has been too busy to be interesting? I would assume that you do, and therefore will not begrudge me another uninteresting training log. The one thing I will say is that while my mileage is unimpressive compared to other Salty bloggers, for me it is the highest my mileage has been without getting injured maybe ever. Additionally, this realization is a call to action, as I got out of the rhythm of doing PT exercises because of the move and being busy, and I NEED to be more conscious of staying on top of it. I am very fortunate there have not yet been any negative consequences, but I shouldn’t count on that.
