The opposite of last week happened this week. Started off crappy and ended happy. The swelling on my foot went down by Monday and by Wednesday, I attempted a run. I utilized a run/walk combo for my first two runs of the week and ended with an easy 3 on Saturday. This upcoming week will be a good test of my patience as I must watch the foot very carefully. It’s make or break (again) if I don’t take it easy!
Monday: 40 minute bike with James on his run
Tuesday: 1750 yard swim
Wednesday: 2.4 miles
Thursday: 3 miles
Friday: 1614 meter swim
Saturday: 3 miles, 45 minute bike with James on his run
Total: 1 hour 25 minutes biking, 2 miles swimming, and 8.4 miles running
…And I made an effort to put on my sunscreen this week!
