Cinnamon’s Training Log 7.29.12

Sorry this is late!ย  I had a busy weekend because…

Since I got the go-ahead I’ve logged 2 runs:

Saturday 7/28 – 3.7 miles of walk/running. I felt good, but was nervous to just launch right in, since I don’t want to overdo it and hurt myself again.

Sunday 7/29 – I ran 5.5 miles (approximately)!ย  It wasn’t all in a row, since it was with my running club and we frequently have stops, but I did it!


I feel pretty sore today but the foam roller is really helping, and hopefully my PT exercises will help to correct my imbalances so running will get a lot easier!

Cinnamon made Salty Running, takes lots of pictures and drinks lots of coffee. She has 8 more minutes to knock off her marathon for a 3:40 BQ, and will get there or die trying. Her writing is an eclectic mix of finding wholeness as an average runner, news reporting, curious reactions, satirical humor and more.
