Why you started running: My home room teacher was the cross country and track coach and he recruited me.

Why you run now:  When not injured I run to compete, I run to get faster, I run to spend time with friends, I run to be fit, and I run to escape.

What’s the most you ever spent on a sport bra? Probably around 30-45. I doubt I’d pay more than that, I am too cheap! Hello TJ Maxx discount rack!

First race: 6th grade intramural 1 mile. 4 or 5 laps around the inside of the school halls.

Last race: Last running race was Great Lakes Relay. Currently experimenting with CycloCross races every weekend until I am back up and running.

3 Races you most wish you could run: Comrades, Pikes Peak Marathon, Hood to Coast

Favorite race: Hands Down Columbus Marathon.

First Running Shoe: Clueless the furthest back I can remember is Saucony

Do you run with a watch? What kind?  Garmin 310XT.

Running goals for 2012:  Just run, pain free.

Current/Main/Favorite Shoe:  Nike Lunar Fly

How many pairs of running shoes are currently in your house? Way too many. Do I have to count the ones at my boyfriends house too? Probably over a dozen.

Running hero(es): Still thinking about it

Favorite Running Partner(s): My boyfriend, Salty, Meatball #1, Many of my South East Running Club club members

Non-running hobby: Reading, cycling, swimming

Who’s in your household? Me, my three cats, and 50% of the time my boyfriend
