I did quite a bit of whining and crying this week because it rained EVERY. DANG. DAY. Otherwise, it was a solid training week.
Monday: 4 miles in the morning/10×3 min fartlek in the evening
Tuesday: 4 miles in the morning/10 miles in the evening
Wednesday: 4 miles in the morning/10 miles in the evening
Thursday: 16×400 on the track. I had a huge attitude the whole time and thank goodness my coach is the best and put up with it. Bless his heart. However, it turned out to feel pretty easy and I was just being a huge baby for no reason.
Friday: 9 miles in the morning/5 miles in the evening
Saturday: 8 miles
Sunday: Completely uphill long run. It was challenging but really fun! Always nice to throw in something different on a long run.
