It’s all the rage in fueling these days. Who has tried it and what did you think?
I’ve tried both the gel and the drink and I’m not sure yet. I used the gels on a 20 mile training run that went south pretty hard for unrelated reasons. I used the drink before a recent half marathon. Neither one upset my stomach. Neither one turned me into Wonder Woman. Am I spending the bucks on this stuff for nothing? Or just to be one of the cool kids?
