What a great week of running I had! It was my first week of official training with my Coach since my New Year’s Eve injury. It was worth the almost-three month wait! I had my first completely plain-free run on Monday and everything felt better than it has in months all week long even with the introduction of some baby speed workouts. My paces are naturally dropping and the few pounds I gained during my down-time seem to be melting off.
With the on-set of spring (summer?) and feeling that getting-back-into-shape feeling I’m a very happy camper!
So happy that I ran alone both days this weekend and really enjoyed myself. I can’t remember the last time I could say that! Read more >>
