The last two weeks have flown by, mostly because we took a week trip to Yosemite, but life has been nutty as well and the 6 days of workouts a week took a slide because of travel, but I still met my 30+ minutes a day for most of the week goal, though it was mostly hiking this week.
March 31 – A few hours playing around at Ray’s Mtb Park, mostly cross country and pump track riding.
April 1 – 27 miles commuting to and from work
April 2 – 13.5 miles commuting to work
April 3 – Rest
April 4 – Travel day, couldn’t squeeze in a workout
April 5 – About 12 miles hiking the Upper Falls, Eagle Point, and Yosemite Point trails from Camp 4
April 6 – About 13 miles hiking Mirror Lake and Lower Falls at Yosemite
April 7 – About 15 miles hiking the Panorama Trail and 4 mile trail from Glacier Point
April 8 – About 8 miles hiking at Bridalveil Falls, Mariposa Grove, and Tunnelview
April 9 – About 8 miles hiking at Hetch Hetchy Reservoir and Tuoloumne Grove
April 10 – Travel Day/Rest
April 11 – Thwarted by jet lag and just struggling to get back on East Coast time/Rest
April 12 – 20 mile bike ride
April 13 – 30 mile bike ride and 3 mile run off (Ride included 10*30 sec hard, 10*60 sec hard, 10 min hard, 10* 30 sec hard, and 1 mile push; Run included a hard effort for the middle mile)
