This week was a race week, so it’s a little lighter on workouts which was nice!
Mon: 4 miles in the morning/Workout in the afternoon. 8×3 mins at tempo pace with 2 mins rest + core and abs after
Tues: 4 miles in the morning/10 miles in the afternoon
Wed: 4 miles in the morning/ Prerace workout in the afternoon. 5x1k at threshold and 1k quick at the end with about a minute rest in between + core and abs after
Thurs: 8 miles in the morning
Fri: 7 miles when I arrived in Jacksonville with some strides
Sat: Race day
Sun: Long run with Pesto!
