Monday: 4 mile morning run/ 7 mile evening run + core/abs
Tuesday: Overslept! Only had time for a 3 miler in the morning. Ugh. Was supposed to have a workout in the evening but we pushed it to Wednesday and I did 11 miles + strides instead
Wednesday: 4 mile morning run then 8×800 workout in the evening. Crazy how slow half marathon training can make ya feel. I felt (and probably looked) like a baby elephant tromping around the track in a pair of spikes. Gotta be patient! It’ll come back!
Thursday: 10 mile morning run/4 mile evening run + core/abs
Friday: 10 mile morning run/4 mile afternoon run
Saturday: 17 miles. Didn’t leave the couch for the rest of the day!
Sunday: 6 miles
