Last I left you, I was enjoying some planned down-time. After my Thanksgiving Day 5k I planned four days off, which meant I was back running on Tuesday. I planned for no workouts, just a few days of easy miles, which was perfect because just as I returned to running I got socked with a nasty cold. All is well though. I started liquid iron and with the rest, I’m already feeling energized. Hopefully, I’ll be back to full-throttle within a few weeks!
Tue: 8 easy on trails
Wed: 7 easy on trails with Jasmine
Thu: off. So sick. Boo.
Fri: 7 with my youngest in the stroller. Took a little adventure detour on some bumpy trails to see the chickadees. She loved it!
Sat: off. Spent the day venturing out to get a balled Christmas tree (the kind you can plant after Christmas) and volunteering at my kids’ school.
Sun: 8 easy on the roads in the afternoon. Chilly, but nice!
