All my travel finally caught up to me this week. I spent most of the week sick on the couch with a virus and a fever. I had absolutely no appetite for 5 days. But I was beginning to feel like myself again by Sunday and had already signed up for a local 5k to support Angelman’s Syndrome. So I ran 6 easy miles with some friends and then went to brunch. A run AND food. Easily the best day of the week.
