I enjoyed this week of training. Maybe because of the autonomy. Maybe because of the new scenery due to travel. Maybe because of my Toronto running buddy, Sara. What ever the reason, I had a good mental week of running. And logged 40 miles.
Monday- 8 miles with 5×3 min on/off. Decided not to monitor pace in any way. Trying to sneak myself into shape.
Tuesday- 4 miles easy
Wednesday- off for travel
Thursday-5 miles (estimate) along the waterfront trail in Toronto.
Friday- 9 miles (estimate) in Toronto
Saturday- 5 miles (estimate) in Toronto
Sunday- 10 miles back in Ohio
This week wrapped up my month of travel. I have no idea where next week will take me in training, but I do know I’ll be glad to be home!
