Deep in the glorious deciduous forest of a Midwestern National Park there is a beautiful, historic mansion with comfy custom furnishings made of reclaimed local wood and open, airy rooms. This is Salty Camp, adjacent to hundreds of miles of wooded trails including a flat crushed limestone path where you can run for miles. You’re invited to spend three days of rocking your run and blissing out with other Salty Runners, July 29, 30 and 31. Space is limited, so reserve early!
Camp fee includes all lodging, meals, presentations, workshops and special gifts for the selected duration of the camper’s stay.
All Salty Campers will be staying at the Stanford House, a beautiful historic mansion that sleeps over 30 people. In attendance will be Salty, Cinnamon, and many of your favorite Salty writers. Rooms sleep 2-6 campers in twin beds; we will do our best to honor roommate requests.
We have lots of fun stuff in store for you! We will run lots and eat well. We will learn from some of the area’s running experts, share our experiences, and get to know each other in a relaxed and peaceful setting. We will have special guest appearances and some fun little surprises for you. We can’t wait!
If you have any questions or special requests, including dietary restrictions, please send us an email.
Workshops and workouts. Miles and marshmallows. PT and pancakes–with Ohio maple syrup, of course!
