Another week of easy running, but with more miles added in. I spent most of the week at my mom’s, as my husband was in Boston for the week for work, so I had a change in scenery for most of my runs. Being at my mom’s also meant I had help with the kids and got to do all of my runs from Monday through Friday without pushing a jogger. That was a nice treat for my body. I also got to spend a lot of time in her pool with the kids between runs, which was awesome. The end of the week was spent at my mother-in-law’s, which is a very hilly area. The hubs and I got in a great long run together while there and the kids were lucky in that they got to see both grandmas this week. Everyone wins!
Monday: easy 6 in the morning, easy 4 in the afternoon
Tuesday: 6 in the morning, with 8x100m strides, 4 in the evening
Wednesday: 12 on the rail trail near my mom’s
Thursday: 6 in the morning, 6 in the evening
Friday: 8 w/ the hubs. 8×20 sec strides
Saturday: 6 in the morning w/ Emmy in the single. This was the only run this week that I did at home. 4 in the afternoon w/ the hubs once we got out to his mom’s
Sunday: hilly 15, the first 13 w/ the hubs.
77 miles for the week
