This week was the first of the next 16 working two jobs so training was put to the back burner. I did get in to get my foot looked at and a bit of ART done. In other news I’ve been recruited to pace a friend at the Burning River 100 miler in a few weeks so more emphasis will be put on getting out on the trail and familiarizing myself with the back half of the course. I bailed on the tempo and track workout this week and instead focused on trails and hills.

Wednesday – 6 mile run with 3 miles of 200 meter hill repeats
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Bike commute 13.5 miles
Saturday – 10 easy trail miles
Sunday – 20 miles on the trails. Mud, mud, and more mud
