Not a stellar week for exercise. The following is what little did get done. It’s time to get my butt in gear and make PT/Core a priority so I can hopefully start running again soon!
Monday-Rest (Day off and no workouts)
Tuesday-Rest (Rainy drive to work instead of commute)
Wednesday-24 miles commuting to and from work
Thursday-Rest and massage
Friday-Rest and ART. Though did do some core work
Saturday-60 miles on the bike at 18.9 mph with the REV3 training crowd
Sunday-1800 meter open water swim in about 30 minutes
