Y’all, this week was not good. The nausea and fatigue that I thought I’d said goodbye to back around weeks 12-14 came back like it meant it. As you can imagine, I was not a fan. It was bad enough early on, but combined with the physical discomforts of carrying an almost-full-sized baby? It felt riotously unfair. Like adding insult to injury. A quick Twitter poll of my child-having friends confirmed that this was, indeed, a typical thing and that yes, it was the biggest load of prenatal poo ever.
As you can probably imagine, I wasn’t quite as active this week. I had the second half of my Yoga for Athletes workshop over the weekend, which I survived, but I did a lot more observing than modifying this time around. I’ve been keeping my fingers crossed that this new queasy state is temporary, but it’s certainly persistent.

Saturday: Yoga workshop
Sunday: Rest & football
Totals for the week: 2.6 miles walking, 250 yds swimming, 20 minutes aquajogging
