Ginkgo’s Training Log 2.10.13

Monday 2.4 – 5 miles (moderate)

Tuesday 2.5- 3 miles (recovery)

Wednesday 2.6 –ย 3 miles + ab work-out

Thursday 2.7 – 5 miles (tempo)

Friday 2.8 – 60 minutes (hardcore!) spin class + 2 miles cool down

Saturday 2.9 – 7 miles (tempo) on the treadmill. Though the gym was packed, seeing everyone working out gave me that extra little adrenaline pump to get my miles in today.

Sunday 2.10 – 5 miles outside. It was nearly 50 degrees! Unfortunately, we went out to the casino last night and I had one too many Rum Runners. Nice weather but upset tummy, to say the least.
