Ginkgo’s Training Log 12.2.12

Monday – 5 miles in Kirtland. Still love running those streets in my hometown.

Tuesday- 3 miles before work

Wednesday- 3 miles before work

Thursday- 3 miles before work

Friday- 6 miles

Saturday- 20 minute jog

Sunday- 6 miles (

Total: 28 miles

My body wasn’t feeling it so much this week. Feeling burnt out and run down from work and school, especially with final assignments and doctoral pressure to get my act together for this dissertation crap! Hoping next week will be a better week in the world of running.

Yep, this is what I felt like this week!

I'm a new momma, full-time non-profiter, and coffee lover. I write about healthy body image, half marathon training, and recovery from eating disorders. I'm currently training to maintain fitness throughout the winter and break 1:27:00 in my next half marathon.
