Ginkgo’s Training Log. 10.28

I was so inspired by the marathoners running Nationwide Columbus on Sunday and the feeling of having my arm almost healed (minus a small ulnar nerve injury still present at my orthopedic follow-up), I really jumped at the chance of hitting the trails for this BEAUTIFUL fall week. On Wednesday, I had a flex day from work and took advantage of a longer run. ย I was in awe the entire run as my feet crunched upon the autumn leaves and the sun shined on my back. It’s runs like those that make it all worth it.
