My second 60-mile week in a row! Workouts are still going the right direction and I finally got my long run into my personal “legitimate long run” range – win!
Monday: 3.4 miles/30:25, 6 miles/50:25 evening. Barely squeezed these runs in since baby Jaby was super cuddly today!
Tuesday: 8.3/1:01:45. Ran 30 minutes tempo averaging 6:25 pace. Got down to low-6:00 pace in the last few minutes!
Wednesday: 6.8/1:00. I was prepared to feel beat after yesterday’s workout, but felt surprisingly fresh.
Thursday: 7.3/1:03:41. Felt even better than Wednesday.
Friday: 6.7/1:01. Worked up from 1% to 4% incline then back down.
Saturday: 15 miles/2:11 on hilly trails. Longest run in over a year!
Sunday: 6.5/53:20. Felt tired from the long run, but this was a surprisingly quick pace for me.
Total: 60 miles.
