After running 0 steps in April due to plantar fasciitis, things started looking up in May. My foot was feeling better and the higher temperatures and longer days had me starting to feel the urge to get moving. Finally, one day at home during JB’s nap I stepped on the treadmill. It was just a 10 minute trot because he woke up quickly, but my foot felt fine and there was no pain later in the day either. Commence the comeback!

17.1 miles in 5 runs, plus a good amount of walking at the Zoo and Asian Fest.

25.2 miles in 6 runs (2 runs with the stroller). Long run of 6 miles included some strides!
