Monday- Rest
Tuesday- Easy swim, mostly pull because my left hamstring was tweaked from the relay
Wednesday-Commute home 12.5 miles
Thursday- Commute to and from work 21 miles total
Friday-Rest
Saturday-13 miles biked. A few 50 meter sprints helping out with the Greater Cleveland Kids Triathlon training.
Sunday- Rest AKA Triathlon cheering followed by 9 holes of golf in the evening
Pepper’s Training Log 7/22/12
I tried really hard to behave this week and no running until I can get in to see a doc and get a master plan to finally nip my ailing heel pain. There was a bit of running, but mostly off the feet with some easy cycling, unfortunately spectating and golf left my heel super pissy after a week of it feeling relatively good.
