
Awwe crap BF is about to do a tri and hasn’t swam in 3 weeks! I have GLR in a week and my foot is cranky after a 10k run!
With the fear of next weekends Great Lakes Relay in me the week started off well, then the holiday and work took it’s toll followed by lots of driving around to get to the Half Iron that became an Olympic in Muncie and Sunday’s random commitments. Managed to get in 4 runs though which is much better than the previous two weeks!
Monday- Commute 10.5 miles each way. Lunch run 7.75 miles
Tuesday- Commute 12.5 miles each way. Morning run 8.5 miles
Wednesday-Friday-Rest
Saturday- 10k run before spectating for Muncie then about 1.5 miles cheering and chasing the BF the back half of the run.
Sunday-6 miles on the Buckeye trail with the BF
