Not the training week I hoped for but pretty good all things considered!
Around 30 miles for the week plus an 80 minute bike ride.
Monday- planned rest day
Tuesday- track, 6 miles, attempted the workout but had to bail with a tight cramping calf. 2400 in 8:44 and 1600 in 5:59 and done.
Wednesday-80 minutes on the bike, mostly aerobic other than a climb up old mill
Thursday-unplanned rest day
Friday-ART session and 7.5 easy
Saturday-6 easy trails with Salty, driving range fun with mom and dad (that counts as an upper body workout right?)
Sunday- 10 with Blossom time run (report soon)
