I’m feeling quite a bit better in this, my 11th week. I haven’t puked in over a week now and am slowly reincorporated foods like fruits and vegetables back into my diet. I still don’t feel spectacular or anything, but I can get by with a 45 minute nap and stay up until 10 and can handle our regular schedule for the most part.
We’ve had a crazy weekend. The brakes went on my car with no warning, so my husband was a hero and fixed them yesterday in between planting corn, installing a fence and everything else he did! If he didn’t fix them I would have been stuck at home with the kids until Tuesday. That would have not been fun! Then today he kept the kids occupied in the morning and I slept in until after 8. I spent the morning with my mom and the kids. My mom made us brunch and now we’re getting ready to go to dinner at my in-laws. I love these crazy whirlwind family weekends, but I’m looking forward to a peaceful week on the home-front.

I think it's impossible to get a good photo of a 3 yo and an almost 2 yo and me. Someday they'll sit still. Right?
This coming Friday is my birthday and we have our first ultrasound scheduled. I’m a little nervous and very excited to see this little one for the first time! Anyway, despite the busy-ness I managed to get some decent mileage in this week: 36! Can I break 40 this coming week? Hope so!
Mon: 4 easy on the treadmill. 9:00 pace because the a\c was broken and girl couldn’t stand the heat!
Tue: No sitter and raced on Sunday so took the kids on a date to the track and dinner while daddy got some work done at home.
Wed: 6.25 with the stroller at the park.
Thu: 6 on the Y treadmill with a “workout:” 1 mile @ 6:55; .5 @ 7:00 and then 2 x 2:00 @ 7:00. I felt great for the first half of the mile, but then struggled. So I kept the rest of the “workout” a little easier and shorter.
Fri: 6 with the stroller and my friend B and her daughter.
Sat: 8.5 on trails with my old training buddy M who I doubt I’ll be able to run which much for awhile.
Sun: 5.25 from home and to the park around and back.
Total: 36!

I have no idea how you fit it all in, let alone while pregnant. And I thought I had a lot of hurdles to overcome. Nice week, good luck on the 40 this week.
