Wednesday: Easy 5.5 Early! followed by an easy 1000 meter swim
Thursday: 9.5 miles @ 6:42 pace with 8 of those at 6:40 effort. Gotta love a huge tailwind on tempo day! 6:25s felt like 6:50 effort!
Friday: 7.5 Easy miles with 6 x 30 sec strides
Saturday: 10 miles @ 6:52
Sunday: 12 miles @ 7:26
